Is TikTok going to make a comeback?
Sources suggest that Trump administration is going to make a deal with TikTok, so that a majority stake on the handling of data is owned by an American firm. It is likely that Meta will make a big push to be on the table.
If that happens, TikTok will be in compliance with Indian laws as well and can have a likely comeback in India. It will face a lot of competition from Instagram Reels as a major demography in India has moved to Meta as a platform.
